Returns Policy

We do not accept any returns so please choose your jewellery purchases carefully. We will replace or repair any items that are deemed to have a manufacturing defect (please refer to our current sales terms and conditions printed on the back of quotes and invoices for this information). If you have any questions please contact us.

Jewellery By Frederick are not in any way liable for general wear and tear; physical/accidental damage; scratches, dents or marks to any metal surface; damage caused to the jewellery by you or another party; loss of gemstones or diamonds; loss or theft of an item.

International Purchases

Please note if you are purchasing from outside of New Zealand we are unable to facilitate resizes, services and/or repairs for international clients unless the jewellery is shipped at the owners expense. There will also be a courier charge to return the jewellery once the service or repair work has been completed. 

Images

All images are there as examples of our product. Final look of the product will depend on metal choice, diamond and/or gemstone choice. The colour of products may vary slightly from those shown on the website and sample product shown by Jewellery By Frederick

Plating

All Jewellery By Frederick white gold items are rhodium plated to give a bright white finish to the jewellery. This plating will be worn away under normal wear and tear. Rhodium plating needs to be replaced through the lifetime of the jewellery at the customer's expense.

Design Rights

Jewellery By Frederick Limited retain the rights to all designs created including but not limited to all custom designed pieces, signature collection pieces and the designs for clients creating a made to order, reproduce and display.
