Purchasing within New Zealand and youāre not located in Christchurch to collect your jewellery, we can arrange a signature-required, overnight courier to any NZ address for $20

Please note we send all our pieces on an overnight courier service from Monday-Thursday but sometimes there are delays outside of our control and your parcel can take 1-3 working days to arrive. Be sure to choose an address where someone is available to sign for the parcel as if your address has an "Authority to Leave" some courier drivers will leave your parcel.

Depending on the value of your purchase, it may be subject to custom duties and taxes once it reaches Australia. If you are coming to NZ for a holiday we can arrange Duty Free. Contact us if you are looking at shipping to Australia

Our insurance covers your piece while in transit and then once your jewellery is delivered youāll need to ensure you have your own insurance cover arranged.

Whilst we endeavour to fulfil all orders, please be aware that some styles may not be available at the time of dispatch, particularly during sale or high demand periods like Christmas. If an item becomes unavailable , we will attempt to dispatch it to you as soon as possible. We will notify you if we are unable to fulfil your order.
We work hard to protect our customer's personal and financial information from being used in a fraudulent manner. We undertake efforts to verify the security and privacy of all orders. Due to these efforts, most orders take a minimum of 1 - 2 business days before being approved for shipment.
Orders requiring ring sizing take up to three (3) additional business days to complete.

When your order is shipped, we will send an email containing a consignment number and tracking ID. Simply follow the link in the email to track the delivery of your parcel.

For security reasons, a signature may be required upon delivery depending on the carrier.

If youāre not present when the delivery arrives, a notice will be left at your address providing details of alternate delivery or pick-up arrangements.

We process and pack your order as soon as possible. This means that your shipping address can only be changed if your order has not been processed by our warehouse team. To change your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible Sales@jewellerybyfrederick.com
