$500 Jewellery Giveaway – Terms & Conditions

Website Entry is Required

To enter this giveaway, you MUST first sign up through the Jewellery by Frederick website at jewellerybyfrederick.com.

Signing up through the website using a valid email address gives you your official entry into the draw.

Following us, tagging friends, sharing the giveaway or making a purchase does not enter you into the giveaway on its own. These are bonus entries only and will only count if you have first completed the website entry.

Giveaway Period

The giveaway opens 15 August 2026 and closes 11:59pm on 15 September 2026.

Bonus Entries

Once you have entered through our website, you can earn additional entries

* Follow Jewellery by Frederick on social media – +2 entries

* Tag a friend on the giveaway post – +1 entry

* Share the giveaway to your story and tag Jewellery by Frederick – +3 entries

* Make a purchase from Jewellery by Frederick during the giveaway period – +100 entries

For private social media accounts, proof of a story share may be requested so we can verify your bonus entries.

Purchases must be completed and paid for during the giveaway period to qualify. If a qualifying purchase is subsequently cancelled, refunded or returned, the associated bonus entries will be removed.

The Prize

One winner will receive $500 NZD credit to spend with Jewellery by Frederick.

The $500 credit:

* Applies towards a purchase with a minimum total spend of $1,000 NZD

* Can be used towards eligible Jewellery by Frederick jewellery, including bespoke/custom pieces

* Must be redeemed within 12 months of the winner being announced

* Cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash

* Cannot be transferred or sold

* Cannot be used to purchase gift cards

Any amount above the $500 credit is payable by the winner.

Selecting the Winner

The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the giveaway period.

The winner will be contacted directly using the email address or social media account associated with their entry.

If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 7 days, Jewellery by Frederick reserves the right to redraw the prize.

We will never ask the winner to provide payment, credit card or banking details in order to claim the $500 prize.

Eligibility

The giveaway is open to New Zealand residents aged 18 years or over.

Employees and immediate family members of Jewellery by Frederick are not eligible to enter.

All entrants must have completed the website signup to be eligible to win.

Incomplete, fraudulent, automated or unverifiable entries may be removed at Jewellery by Frederick’s discretion.

General

Jewellery by Frederick reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify any entrant who attempts to manipulate or unfairly influence the giveaway.

If circumstances outside our reasonable control affect the giveaway, Jewellery by Frederick reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the promotion where reasonably necessary.

This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram, Facebook or Meta.

Personal information collected through the giveaway will be handled in accordance with Jewellery by Frederick’s privacy practices. Any marketing communications will only be sent where the entrant has provided the appropriate consent.
